WEIGHTLIFTING:
In 20 min:
4 sets of 1 power snatch (from floor) + 1 OH squat
4 sets of 1 power clean (from floor) + 1 front squat + 1 push press
Notes: 70-80% of 1 RM

CAPACITY:
Three sets for max reps against a 2-minute running clock, rest 1 minute between each set:
A) Row for kcal
B) Squat Cleans (48/35)
C) Pistol squats
Notes: stagger athletes if needed
