HOW TO SCHEDULE A WOD AT CFBK?

Drop-ins:
To arrange your drop-in please Email CrossFit BK or call us at 02 229 4114. Please note that CrossFit experience IS a requirement to participate in our WOD's. If you have no or limited experience, you can certainly join our CrossFit Foundations Program on Tuesday and Thursday nights, 19:30-20:30

And please note: Bookings are ESSENTIAL! Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
