HOW TO SCHEDULE A WOD AT CFBK?

Drop-ins: 
To arrange your drop-in please Email CrossFit BK or call us at 02 229 4114. Please note that CrossFit experience IS a requirement to participate in our WOD’s. If you have no or limited experience, you can join our Private ONRAMP which includes 3 private coaching sessions to get prepared to join all CrossFit classes. You will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit programming and form/technique for essential lifts for the incredible Sport of Fitness – at CrossFit Bangkok.
