WEIGHTLIFTING:
In 15 min, work on your clean (coaches help out and coach depending on experience level!)

CAPACITY:
In teams of two, complete for time:
100 Cleans (58/35) (beginners use dumbbells or sandbag)
50x (1=From storage room to platforms and back) Relay with a slam ball (40/30)
100 Burpees
Only one partner works at a time. Partition reps however you like.
