STRENGTH:
3×5 of weighted pistol squats (use weight plates as counter balance!).
Notes: Work up to heavy-ish weights while maintaining form.
Scaled version: weighted single leg squat (elevate foot on platform/box)

SPORT:
2x max L-hang from pullup bars (use timer. Rest 2 min between efforts)

CAPACITY:
10 min AMRAP
Ascending rounds (+3 reps/round)
