6 EMOM 2 hang snatches (from power position, use light weights!)
CAPACITY:
In teams of two (alternate work as you want, only one person can work at once)
5 rounds for time
– 10 burpees
– 20 pushups
– 30 sit-ups
– 40 wall-balls (20/15)
