In 15 min, work on your snatch (coaches help out and coach depending on experience level!)
CAPACITY:
Two rounds of:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 Push Press (40/25kg)
10 Bent Over Row 40/25kg)
15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
Rest 60 seconds between sets and pick up where you left off
