MOBILITY:
3*3/3 KB turkish getups
CONDITIONING:
In teams of 2 complete the following:
– 800m med-ball runs (to end of soi 14 and back)
– 100 partner wall balls (over pullup bar to each other)
– 75 Deadlifts (58/38)
– 50 HR Push-ups
– 800m med-ball runs (to end of soi 14 and back)
Note: Each team must do the 800m run together with a med-ball each. While doing the squats the partner must hold a squat at the bottom position. For the Deadlifts each partner will need a bar. While one partner performs the Deadlifts the other will hold their bar in a standing position. For push-ups, one partner will do push-ups while the other hold the push-up in the top plank position. Switch positions throughout the WOD as needed, count each rep as one.
