Strict Pullups (test your max in whatever way appropriate, strict with or without bands. Compare to your previous test results).
…or 16 Every 2nb Min On the Min (E2MOM) pullups @ 50% of max (8 rounds)

Note: make sure athletes has locked elbows at bottom and chin over bar without any kipping.

CAPACITY:
18 min AMRAP
In teams of 2, teammates alternate to complete AMRAP of:
– 6 ground to overhead (48/35)
– 9 T2B
(If team only has 1 person then rest 1 min between each round)
