Five sets of:
5 broad jumps (NOT incl warm-ups)
Rest 90-120 seconds between efforts
…then 5×30 sec back squat rack walkout (NO SQUAT) @110-120% of 1 RM (feel and get used to the heavy weight)

SKILL: 10-15 min Snatch complex (1x Snatch grip RDL, 1x Snatch high pull, 1x Hang Power snatch, 1x Overhead squat)
