1 Clean Deadlift Pull + 1 Power Clean (from floor) + 1 Front squat + 1 Hang squat Clean
Notes: Light weights at 40-50%

STRENGTH:
Work up to heavy single OHP (not necessarily 1 RM)…then perform sets of ME reps floor press at same weight. Rest 1 min between efforts
