5 sets of 2 power cleans
Notes: 70-80% of 1 RM

CAPACITY:
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
4 Power cleans (48/28),
6 Push-ups (on to 5 kg plate)
8 Air Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 3 cycles. Score = total reps! (NOT total rounds) 1 round=18 reps (calculate reps at the end and add number of reps as total score)
