…then 5 EMOM x3 reps of speed deadlifts @50%

CAPACITY 1:
In teams of two, alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Burpees
7 Platform jumps
9 Goblet Squats (20/16)

CAPACITY 2 (do this part on your own if needed, send them out!):
Run, 3 rounds:
3 minutes for distance
1 min rest between rounds
