SKILL:
Double unders (talk about the technique and progressions)

CAPACITY 1:
5 min AMRAP Double unders

CAPACITY 2:
Team WOD
18 min AMRAP
2-4 people per team (depending on people/class)
Team alternates between:
– Rowing (for kcal)
– Pushups (hand release)
…two people are working at the same time (sub rest/work partner as desired. Groups of 4 gets more rest obviosuly), takes rest as needed.
Score: total reps+kcal / people per team. Example, 594 reps over 3 people = 198 (596/3)
