– 3 Hang power clean
– 3 Front squats
– 3 S2OH

STRENGTH:
Split squat 4×5/leg

CAPACITY:
For Time:
– 50 Back Squats from the floor 48/28 (Like a buy in.)
Then 5 RFT at the same weight:
– 10 Deadlifts
– 1 Power clean
– 5 Shoulder to Overhead
