– Ring forward lunge and chest stretch
– Ring Y-stands
– Ring rollouts

STRENGTH:
Half kneeling sgl arm DB press 4×10/arm

CAPACITY:
AMRAP 13 minutes
– Walking Overhead Lunges x 10 (5 L/5 R) (20/10)
– Sgl arm DB Snatch (alternate arms) x 10 (15kg/10kg) (use KB if needed)
– Ring rows x 10 (legs straight and arms hanging straight underneath rings for RX’d)
– Burpees x 10 Score = total amount of reps (NOT rounds). 1 full round = 40 reps
