“Tabata this”
16 min total, 4 exercises, 8 sets of 20:10 sec.
4 stations (complete each station of 8 sets before moving on, stagger athletes if needed):
A – Push Ups
B – Air Squats
C – Pull Ups (jump as scaling)
D – Butterfly situps.

Score = total amount of reps. (Will be alot!)

Then finish with one lap around the park (unscored)
