– 50 kcal rows
– 50 platform jumps
– 50 deadlifts (68/48)
– 50 wall balls
– 50 ring dips
Notes: This is a twist of the dreaded event 6 at CrossFit Regionals 2014. It will need to be staggered with atheltes since rowers are not enough. Next athelte starts as soon as the previous has finished the row (account for time lost at the end)
