TESTING (allow 20 min):

1/3/6 RM testing of Back Squat/Deadlift/OH press or
500 m row/2K row/1 mile run/2 min burpees

CAPACITY:
“Filthy Event 6”
– 50 kcal rows
– 50 platform jumps
– 50 deadlifts (68/48)
– 50 wall balls
– 50 ring dips
Notes: This is a twist of the dreaded Regional event 6. It will need to be staggered with atheltes since rowers are not enough. Next athelte starts as soon as the previous has finished the row (account for time lost at the end)
