(or 3×10/10 split squat @40% BS estimated 1 RM)

AMRAP 3 minutes:
– 6 single arm KB clean & jerks (24/16kg) (L/R=2)
– 12 wall ball (20/15)
– Rest 1 minute (continue on where you finished)
