– Battle ropes (alternate variations as you wish)
– Sledge hammer on tyres (change sides regularly)
– Med-ball rotation in to wall (stay close to the wall and work on speed, change sides regularly)


“Bulletproof shoulders”, 3×15 of:
– Side planks w reach and scapula retraction
– Scap pushups
– T’s (w. partner)

– Side lying ext rotations
