STRENGTH: Rest, alt. catch up on strength from previous week
“Torture” Park WOD:
4 rounds of ME pull-ups – sprint 300 meters between failure
4 rounds of ME (no hand release) push-ups (chest to ground) – sprint 300 meters between failure rounds
Notes: Use rubber track. Stagger athletes on the pull-up bars/no timing necessary so starts can be staggered for this one. Also some athletes can do push-ups first as well to give pull-ups space.
Score=total amount of reps combined (push-ups+pull-ups)
