– 40 sec ME Double unders (or struggle unders/singles)
– 20 sec rest
Goal: try to increase/match reps for every round

WOD:

20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats
rest 3min between rounds (use walltimer!)
