5 rounds for max load:
4 Deadlift
3 Squat Clean (from hang)
2 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Push Jerk
Time cap 15 minutes (set timer on 15 min countdown)
Score=total weight lifted combined for all 5 rounds.
(example: 50/52.5/55/55/52.5 = 265 kg)
Note: the hardest lift to perform in this WOD will most likely be the push press. If you fail on any lift, the weights has to be dropped and the whole complex starting over again from the deadlifts.
