Skill/EMOM:

Oly lifting – Snatch

Use empty barbell:
5 rounds of following (without break):
– 10 sec Squat sit with barbell (“”foam roll”” the quads and get shins vertical, back flat)
– 1 muscle snatch
– 10 sec Overhead holds (w. active shoulders, “”show armpits””)
– 10 sec deep overhead squat hold (w. active shoulders, split stance if needed!)

Strength/Skill: Floor press (2×5+ME)

WOD:

8 rounds of:
– 40 sec ME double unders
– 20 sec rest
– 40 sec ME power snatches
– 20 sec rest
(Total 16 min AMRAP)
Score=total reps (sub 3:1 for single/doubles)
