Strength/Skill: Back Squat (2×5+ME)
WOD:
For Time:
– 50 Back Squats from the floor (48/28) (Like a buy in.)
Then 5 RFT at the same weight:
– 10 Deadlifts
– 3 Power cleans
– 5 Shoulder to Overhead
