Snatch EMOM:

6 rounds
Pick a weight that you can handle and then perform:
– ME hang power snatches (from above knee with a 2 second pause at the starting position)
– 30 sec hang power snatches
– 30 sec rest
Goal: chosing correct weight and performing snatches unbroken for every round
