Mobility: T-spine and hips
Skill/EMOM:
Double under EMOM (unscored):
5 rounds
– 40 sec ME Double unders (or struggle unders/singles)
– 20 sec rest
Goal: try to increase/match reps for every round
Strength/Skill:
Floor press (2×5+ME) – super set with reverse flyes (light dumbbells) 3×15 between sets
WOD:
“Reality check”
10 min AMRAP of:
3 push press (58/38)
5 ball slams (40/30)
Rest 2 min, then:
+3 min ME burpee platform jumps
Score=total REPS (NOT rounds) of push press+ball slams+burpee reps”
