ME broad jump (max 10 attempts)
ME slam ball chest pass (30/20) (max 10 attempts)

WOD:

6 rounds (12 min total) of: 30 sec broad jumps (one foot length behind your max vertical jump) 30 sec rest and 30 sec dynamic pushups (w hand release and knees of the ground) 30 sec rest. Score= total amount of reps
