Focus on: opening, stretching pec minors and thoracic spine, shoulder mobility and activation work, then vertical pulling, vertical pushing

WOD:

3 staions, 3 mins each, 1 min rest in between: 5 chinups, 10 pullups, 10 OH Press, remaining time as many air squats as possible. Score = air squats
