Strength/Skill: Back Squat (2×5+ME)
WOD:
“Carl”
18 min AMRAP
20 (10/10) RFESS (rear foot elevated split squat on platforms). (10/5kg plate)
10 ring dips
10 ring rows. (hands under rings, straight legs for Rx)
Score = total REPS (not rounds). 1 round = 40 reps
Comments:
Need to prep the rings before this WOD for space
