Strength/Skill:

Oly lifting – Snatch
All from above knee position, empty bar:
– 1 snatch grip RDL
– 1 RDL+triple extension
– 1 snatch grip high pull
– 1 muscle snatch
– 1 snatch balance
8 min, alternate w partner

WOD:

“Hammer” 5 RFT – 5 power cleans, 10 front squats, 5 jerks (58/38 for all), 10 pullups (20 min cap)

Comments:

Need good time management and class organised to start the WOD on time with proper warm up too
