Strength/Skill:
Oly lifting – Snatch
All from above knee position, empty bar:
– 1 snatch grip RDL
– 1 RDL+triple extension
– 1 snatch grip high pull
– 1 muscle snatch
– 1 snatch balance
8 min, alternate w partner
WOD:
“SAAB”
AMRAP 17 minutes
– Walking Overhead Lunges x 10 (5 L/5 R) (15/10)
– Sgl arm DB Snatch (alternate arms) x 10 (15kg/10kg) (use KB if needed)
– Ring rows x 10 (rings at waist height, legs straight and arms hanging straight underneath rings for RX’d)
– Burpees x 10 Score = total amount of reps (NOT rounds). 1 full round = 40 reps
