TEAM-WOD
30 min rowing (for calories):
Teams of 3/rower (if possible – 2 people works too but they get less rest)
– Row as many calories as possible in 30 min.
– Partners can switch as desired/needed (1 row, 2 rest with 3 people/rower)
Score=Kcal/average bodyweight

Comments:

Add everyones weight and divide by #of people
(example: 80 kg + 65 kg + 72 kg = 217kg/3= 72 kg average)
Take total calories and divide by average kilograms
(example: 450 kcal/72 kg = 6.25. Round up to one decimal; SCORE=6.3)
