A) hollow hold, 30 sec at 90 degree angle, 30 sec at 120 degree angle (yoga reference – half-boat and full boat)
B) spend time at the bottom of OH squat, use barbells. get ppl to start getting used to oh load in a squat, modify if needed for mobility issues. stagger if big class
WOD:
For Time:
50 Front Squats 48/33 (Like a buy in.)
Then 5 RFT at the same weight:
10 Deadlifts
1 Clean
5 Shoulder to Overhead
