Then Score = ME Air Squats

Rest 3 Minutes after last finish. (8 minute cutoff + 3 min)
Then 10 RFT (10 min cut off.)
7 Ball Slams (40/30)
5 Toes to Bar
Score = Rep Total of both times/ Total Time to Finish
